Within Australia we use Australia Post Express Large Satchels with tracking and a 'sign on delivery' service.
You will receive your tracking number via email once your order has been fulfilled. Please use your tracking number to follow the journey of your dress.
We ship internationally with DHL Express.
This service is fast and reliable however, please allow between 3 - 5 business days to receive your order.

R eturn or Exchange
This policy is applicable to online sales only.
Before placing an order for a dress, we ask that you please keep in mind that we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on any dress that has been altered and/or customised. This includes the addition of bra cups and hemming.
We are here every step of the way to help you choose your dream dress and guide you to a decision that we feel is best for you. If you have any concerns regarding your size, body type or our dresses, please do not hesitate to contact us prior to ordering.
However, in the case that you do not love your gown, we are happy to exchange or refund your dress subject to the following guidelines:
We must be notified of the reasoning for your return or exchange via email: within 24 hours of you receiving your garment
Item must be in it's original condition
All tags and hanging ribbon must be in place
Item must not have been worn
Item must not have been washed or altered
Item must not be marked with make up, dirt or spray tan
Returns form must be enclosed
We must be notified by email of returned tracking number, if we are not notified of a tracking number, we may not be able to issue a refund
Once we have received your returned/exchanged garment it will undergo thorough inspection. If accepted, we will issue a refund minus processing, handling and restocking fee of $25.00 AUD. You will be liable for the shipping cost for the exchanged gown. We truely want you to be happy with your first pick and avoid additional costs, which is why you should not hesitate to email or call us prior to ordering.
Exchanges and returns are not applicable for gowns purchased on payment plans, unless we are notified within 24 hours of you paying your deposit.
If you change your mind within 24 hours of beginning you payment plan, we will refund your deposit minus a $15.00AUD administration fee.
